Aged Care Advocate is an independent aged care placement and advocacy service supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging transitions.
Unlike many services, I am not affiliated with any aged care providers, which means my advice is always unbiased and tailored solely to your needs. My role is to listen, guide, advocate, and help you find the most suitable care option — emotionally, practically, and financially.
I take time to understand your circumstances, needs, concerns, and priorities.
I research and shortlist appropriate care options tailored specifically to you.
I attend tours with you, explain differences, and help you ask the right questions.
Once the home is chosen, I help co-ordinate the move and connect you with ongoing support when required
